01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Laki 33 platform — whether through the website, mobile application, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Laki 33.

If you are not comfortable with any part of these terms, the correct course of action is to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of Laki 33 after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms apply to all services available on Laki 33, including casino games, slots, live casino tables, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, football, and esports), and any bonus or promotional offer made available to players.

02 Account Registration

To use Laki 33's gaming and betting services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Laki 33 does not knowingly permit minors to open or use accounts.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Laki 33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer to designated account details

Deposits are credited to your Laki 33 account upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary based on the payment method selected and your account status.

All funds deposited must come from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Laki 33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits.

Deposits made in error cannot be returned once they have been credited to your account. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact support immediately with the transaction reference.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. The same methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a government-issued ID and confirming your payment method details.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the Laki 33 payments team. Standard processing time is under 10 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus being fully met prior to the withdrawal request.
• Laki 33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Laki 33 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players with verified accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple is stated for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account.
• Laki 33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are actively being wagered.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Laki 33 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified players with a sufficient account balance to cover the stake.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
• For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports — the outcome of settled bets is final once officially confirmed by the relevant governing body or event organiser.
• In the event of a technical error, incomplete match, or event cancellation, Laki 33 applies standard voiding and settlement rules. Affected bets will be settled as void and the stake returned to your account balance.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Laki 33 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time, including during an event, at its sole discretion.
• Casino game outcomes — including slots, live casino tables, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and all other titles — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. Results are final.
• Maximum bet and stake limits may apply to specific games, events, or markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and must be respected.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Laki 33 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are void.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of illegally obtained funds on the platform.
• Chargebacks — filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was validly credited to your account — are considered a breach of these terms. Accounts with active or historical chargebacks may be suspended and the amount disputed will be pursued.

• Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Laki 33 platform, its servers, software, or the accounts of other players.

Laki 33 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, Laki 33 reserves the right to take immediate action including account closure without prior notice and recovery of funds.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Termination

Either you or Laki 33 may close an account at any time.
